Vamshi Krishna Muga is a highly motivated Metrology software design engineer at ASML, with a passion for technology and strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills. With an international experience of having worked/studied in five different countries across Europe, Asia, and Australia, Vamshi has a diverse set of skills and experiences that make him a valuable asset to any team. Currently working as a Product Owner at ASML, Vamshi has previously worked as a Master Thesis Intern at Philips, where he worked on robust 2D/3D registration schemes for use in orthopedic surgeries. He has also worked as a Summer Research Scholar at the University of Queensland, where he developed magnetic resonance imaging sequences on the 7T human scanner. During this time, Vamshi trained and programmed on the IDEA/ICE (image computing environment) of the state-of-the-art 7T Siemens human imaging scanner and implemented a coil combination method for improved phase MRI imaging at 7T. Vamshi holds a Technical Talent Program (TTP) degree from ASML, a Master's degree in Computer Science (Specializing in Medical Imaging) from the Technische Universiteit Delft, a Master's degree in Digital Media Technology, with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. With a relevant experience of 2.86 years as a Research Scientist, Vamshi is well-versed in various technologies and has a strong understanding of the latest industry trends. He is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills, making him an ideal candidate for any team that values collaboration and innovation.
